Hi good morning.
Most fresh graduates are academically/technically highly qualified. They are really white paper on communication and interpersonal skills and also management skills, and therefore couldn't handle matters professionally. Fresh grad can only regard as technicians at the early stage of their career, but they treat themselves as savior to the company thinking that they worth paying higher salaries/position.
I would say Hiring fresh graduates exposes a risk to the company while the company should have the social responsibility to bring up fresh graduates.
